1. Use of Service

AI Homework Helper provides AI-generated, step-by-step explanations of homework problems across school and college subjects. You submit a problem by taking a photo of it or pasting its text, and the Service returns an explanation intended to help you understand and learn the material.

You agree not to submit:

• Illegal content
• Nudity or sexual content
• Copyrighted material you do not have the right to use
• Harmful or abusive content
• Questions from live, proctored exams or other assessments where outside assistance is prohibited

The Service is a study aid. You are solely responsible for using it in compliance with your school's or institution's academic-integrity and honor-code policies. We may refuse service for violations.

2. Payments

Payments for paid plans are processed by secure third-party services (Stripe). We do not store your payment details.

3. AI Output Disclaimer

AI explanations are generated automatically.

We do not guarantee:

• Accuracy or completeness of any explanation
• Correctness of every answer or solution step
• Alignment with your instructor's preferred methods
• Any particular grade or academic outcome

AI output is provided for learning and study purposes only. Always verify important results independently before relying on them.

4. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the homework content you submit (photos and text). By using the service, you grant us a limited license to process that content solely for generating explanations and operating the Service.

All website content, branding, and AI models belong to AI Homework Helper.

5. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for:

• Data loss
• Service interruptions
• Inaccurate or incomplete AI explanations
• Academic or other consequences of how you use the explanations, including any violation of academic-integrity policies

Use the service at your own risk.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate service access for violations of these Terms.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in your jurisdiction unless otherwise specified.

8. Plans, Free Trials & Billing

8.1 Plans and Subscription Service

AI Homework Helperoffers paid subscription plans — Student ($9.99/mo) and Scholar ($19.99/mo). By purchasing a plan, you obtain access to certain features and content ("Subscription") on a recurring, automatically renewing basis until cancelled.

8.2 3‑Day Free Trial

Each plan includes a 3‑day free trial ("Trial"). You are not charged at the start of the Trial and are granted full access to the Subscription during the Trial period. A valid payment method is required to start the Trial.

8.3 Automatic Conversion to Paid Subscription

Unless you cancel your Subscription before the end of the Trial, your Subscription will automatically convert to a paid, recurring Subscription at the then‑current price (currently $9.99 per month for Student, $19.99 per month for Scholar) at the end of the Trial. On that date, and on each subsequent billing date, you authorize us and our payment processor (such as Stripe, Apple Pay, or Google Pay) to charge the payment method on file for the applicable subscription fee until you cancel.

8.4 Recurring Billing

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis (or as otherwise disclosed at checkout). Your Subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel it in accordance with Section 8.5. We may change the subscription price from time to time; any change will be communicated to you in advance and will take effect on your next billing cycle unless you cancel before that date.

8.5 How to Cancel

You may cancel your Subscription at any time by visiting your account page at https://aitutorhelper.com or by contacting our support at support@aitutorhelper.com. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will continue to have access to the Subscription until that time. You must cancel at least 24 hours before the end of your Trial or current billing period to avoid being charged for the next period.

8.6 No Refunds

Payments are non‑refundable and there are no refunds or credits for partially used billing periods, except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise in writing by us. Following any cancellation, you will continue to have access to the Subscription through the end of your paid billing period.

8.7 Failed Payments & Suspension

If a payment is declined or cannot be processed, we may attempt to re‑process the charge. If payment remains unsuccessful, we may suspend or terminate your access to the Subscription until payment is successfully processed. We are not responsible for any fees or charges imposed on you by your bank or payment provider in connection with our processing of your payments.

8.8 Promotions and Changes

Any promotional offers, discounts, or free trial extensions are temporary and subject to change. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Subscription (in whole or in part) upon reasonable notice, provided that such changes will not apply retroactively to billing periods you have already paid for.
