1. Digital Subscription Refunds

AI Homework Helper is a digital service: step-by-step homework explanations are delivered instantly once you submit a problem. Because access to the service begins immediately, subscription payments are generally non-refundable.

The Student ($9.99/mo) and Scholar ($19.99/mo) plans each include a 3-day free trial. You can cancel at any time during the trial and you will not be charged. After billing, a 7-day money-back guarantee applies.

However, refunds may be issued if:

• You were charged twice for the same billing period
• You were charged after cancelling your trial or subscription before the renewal date
• There was a verified technical issue that prevented you from receiving explanations for your submitted problems

You must contact us within 7 days of the charge.

2. No Refunds For

• Change of mind
• Dissatisfaction with a particular AI explanation or answer
• Submitting unclear photos or incomplete homework problems
• Using the service incorrectly
• Partially used billing periods after cancellation

3. How to Request a Refund

• The email address associated with your account
• Payment receipt
• Description of issue

We respond within 48 hours.

4. Chargebacks

Filing an unsubstantiated chargeback may result in account suspension.
