Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your AI Homework Helper Student subscription ($9.99) at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will keep full access to step-by-step homework explanations until that date. If you cancel during your 3-day free trial, you will not be charged. After cancellation, your access ends at the close of the current paid period.

Refund Policy

AI Homework Helper is a fully digital service — there are no physical goods to return. Payments for partially used billing periods are non-refundable; refunds are considered for billing errors, duplicate charges, or documented technical failures that prevented use of the service. Contact us at support@aitutorhelper.com within 7 days of the charge, using the email address associated with your account, to request a refund. See our Refund Policy for full details.

Processing Time

Approved refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days and will be credited to your original payment method.
